It is difficult to reallocate unused appointment slots at late notice. Kindly give as much notice as possible, at least 48 hours if you need to cancel your appointment.

If you cancel your appointment with 24 hours notice or less, a charge for the full amount of the treatment will be incurred.

If you do not show up to your appointment then there is a charge for the full amount of the treatment which must be paid before rescheduling.

If you are late to your appointment your massage may be reduced due to other appointments scheduled directly afterwards.
